You started an agency to do the work. Not to be the world's most expensive inbox monkey.

Inbox

200 emails a day. Each one is a 30-second decision that costs you the next hour of focus.

By 4pm, you've replied to 12 and forgotten what you sat down to do.

Calendar

Scheduling lives across 4 threads. Half your meetings start late because nobody confirmed.

You've become a glorified appointment setter for your own agency.

Follow-ups

Deals stall. Proposals ghost. The 3-day, 7-day, 14-day rule that closes 25% more deals — never happens.

$200–340k of stalled proposals sit in your sent folder. Most aren't bad. They died of silence.

Otto is the right call for the first 12–18 months of getting ops off your plate. After that — if you need someone at events with you, hire the EA. Until then, it's not close.

Otto runs the parts of your business that aren't billable.

A day in the life

Tuesday with Otto running.

  1. 5:42 am
Inbox triaged before you wake up. 47 overnight emails sorted. 8 drafts ready in the "Drafts ready" label, 2 flagged "Needs you," 37 archived.
  2. 7:30 am
Stalled-deal nudges fire. Three proposals hit their 3-day / 7-day / 14-day mark. Otto sends contextual replies from your account. Two of them respond by lunch.
  3. 8:30 am
Morning brief in Slack. One short message: numbers, the one thing you most need to know, and the two emails that genuinely need your judgment.
  4. 9:00 am
You spend 12 minutes approving 8 drafts. Tweak two, send all eight. Inbox to zero before your first meeting.
  5. 10:14 am
Scheduling request handled end-to-end. A new client wants a kickoff call. Otto proposes three times, locks one, sends invites. You see none of the back-and-forth.
  6. 2:18 pm
Slack ping in #otto: "Remind me to follow up with Jordan from Bigfoot Friday." Acknowledged. Reminder set. You go back to the deck you were drafting.
  7. Friday 4 pm
Weekly digest hits your inbox. One page. Where every account stands. What's at risk. Top wins. What needs your call next week.

Three steps. You're set up in 48 hours.

1

Onboard (10 minutes, async)

Fill a short form: your top time-sinks, voice and style notes. Watch a 45-second video to grant Gmail and Calendar access. No calls.

2

Otto triages (every day)

Every weekday by 9am we've sorted, drafted, and surfaced. You approve. We send.

3

You get your week back

By week 2 you're spending 10–15 fewer hours on operational work. Friday digest shows you exactly where the time went.

  • 3-month minimum commitment
  • Standard pricing launches at $997/mo when these 5 seats fill

What changes

Two weeks in, you'll feel three things.

01

Inbox stops being a place you live.

By Day 5, you stop opening Gmail "just to check." By Day 10, you'll catch yourself realizing you haven't thought about your inbox in 3 hours. By Day 14, the 200-email backlog feeling is gone, and you don't quite remember when it left.

02

Friday afternoon means something again.

The weekly digest gives you the "where did the week go" answer you stopped asking three years ago. Top wins, top risks, what needs your call. One page. Forwarded to your team without editing because it's already what they need too.

03

The agency runs without you for a week.

Not metaphorically. Literally. Take a Monday off. Take five Mondays off. Ops keeps moving, follow-ups keep going out, scheduling resolves itself. The thing you've been pretending you'd do "after the next quarter" — you can actually do it.

FAQ

Questions worth answering.

Who's behind Otto?

Edgar Mirzakhanyan. I built Otto because I watched 4 agency-owner friends burn out doing inbox work. I'm running the early adopter program myself, hands-on, for the first 5 clients. You'll deal with me directly until we automate.

Is my email private?

Yes. We connect via Gmail's official API with read + draft permissions only. We never read on our own — all activity is logged and you can revoke access in 30 seconds. We never train models on your data. We never share data with third parties. Period.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Full refund in the first 7 days, no questions. After that, the 3-month commitment holds — but if you want out we'll find a way. We're not in the business of forcing people to pay for something that isn't working.

Do I need to use specific tools?

Gmail or Google Workspace, Google Calendar, and either Slack or WhatsApp. If you're on Outlook or another stack, ping me — we may still be able to help, just not yet.

When does Otto actually launch?

Right now, for the 5 early adopters. Software product launches Q3 2026. Until then you get the founder running it personally.

Do I have to get on a call?

No. Onboarding is fully async — a short form, two short videos to watch, and you grant access via Gmail's standard delegation. Day-to-day, you communicate with Otto via Slack, WhatsApp, or email. Zero calls, ever.

How long does onboarding actually take?

About 10 minutes of your time, split across three steps: a 5-minute form (your top time-sinks, voice and style notes, top accounts), a 45-second video walking you through Gmail and Calendar delegation, and a 2-minute step to set up Slack or WhatsApp. Then Otto starts triaging the next morning.

What if I have a question that genuinely needs to be answered live?

Two options: (1) a Slack huddle for 10 minutes, no calendar meeting, or (2) I record you a custom Loom answering the specific thing. Most founders prefer the Loom — they can watch on 1.5x and rewind. But scheduled calls aren't part of the program.

Can my COO / chief of staff / EA also use Otto?

Otto is designed for the founder specifically right now. If you have an EA, Otto handles the layer below them — daily inbox triage and follow-up nudges so your EA can focus on the higher-leverage work (events, travel, board prep). If your team needs Otto access, ping me — we'll figure it out case by case.

What happens to my rate when the software product ships in Q3?

Nothing. Founder rate stays at $497/mo for the full 12-month window — including the automated software product when it ships. You're paying for early access AND a price lock. No upgrade tax.

Why $497/mo and not cheaper?

Two reasons. Cheaper than that and the customers tend to treat it as a curiosity rather than something they actually use. More than that and the 5-seat program closes in days, before I can deliver well at this stage. $497 is the "you're committed enough to do the onboarding form, and I can give you the kind of attention this deserves" price.

5 seats. $497/mo. Locked in.

When the seats fill, the price doubles. The early adopters keep their rate forever.
