Terms

Plain-English version. The contract is short on purpose.

The deal

You pay $497/month (or whatever rate is in effect when you sign up). In exchange, Otto — currently Edgar Mirzakhanyan running the service personally with AI tools — handles the operational work scoped during async onboarding: inbox triage, calendar, follow-ups, weekly digest, and intake via Slack/WhatsApp. No phone or video calls are part of the engagement.

Commitment

Early-adopter pricing requires a 3-month minimum. After 3 months, the agreement is month-to-month — cancel any time with 30 days' notice.

Refund

First 7 days are 100% refundable, no questions asked. After that, we don't refund the 3-month minimum unless we mutually agree the service isn't delivering and we end the engagement early. We're not in the business of holding people hostage to a contract.

What's out of scope

If your needs grow beyond scope, we'll talk about a custom expansion. Don't quietly stuff out-of-scope work into the Slack channel and expect it to get done.

Confidentiality

Your data, client lists, and email content are confidential. We don't share, sell, or discuss your account with anyone outside the Otto team (currently a team of one). We may use anonymized, aggregated patterns ("agency owners receive an average of 200 emails per day") in marketing without identifying you or your clients.

Liability

Otto drafts replies and takes actions on your behalf. You approve before sending. If something goes wrong — wrong reply sent, wrong meeting booked, missed follow-up — we'll fix it on our dime where we can. Total liability is capped at the fees you've paid in the prior 3 months. If you need a higher cap, that's a custom conversation.

Changes

If we change these terms, your locked-in $497/mo rate is honored until the end of your 12-month founder window. Material changes get an email 30 days before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state/province where Otto operates. Disputes that can't be resolved by email get arbitrated in that jurisdiction. We'd rather not get there — most issues we can solve over a 15-minute call.
