Privacy
TL;DR — we don't sell or train on your data. Full doc below.
What we collect
Only what you explicitly provide:
- Your name and email when you join the waitlist
- Your role, team size, and answers about your time-sinks
- Email content + calendar metadata when you grant Otto delegate access (after you become a customer)
- Stripe handles payment data — we never see card numbers
What we do with it
- Run the service you signed up for (triage, drafts, scheduling, follow-ups, weekly digest)
- Email you about Otto updates and your account
- Nothing else
What we don't do
- Sell your data to anyone
- Share your data with third parties (other than the operational tools below)
- Train AI models on your email or calendar
- Read your email outside the agreed scope
Tools we use
Otto runs on these third parties — your data may pass through them in the normal course of operating the service:
- Google (Gmail + Calendar APIs) — to read and draft email, manage your calendar
- Anthropic Claude — to generate drafts (with privacy mode enabled; not used for training)
- Stripe — to process payments
- Tally — to collect waitlist info
- Notion — internal workspace for managing client work
Your rights
You can:
- Revoke Otto's access to your Gmail/Calendar at any time (Google account settings, takes 30 seconds)
- Request a copy of all data we have about you (email Edgar, you'll get it within 7 days)
- Request deletion of all your data (email Edgar, done within 7 days; some payment records retained for tax compliance)
- Cancel and walk away — no data hostage situations

This is a plain-English summary. A more formal privacy policy will replace it once Otto has 10+ paying customers. The substance won't change; the language will get more lawyer-friendly.
